07.03.2025 22:45China, rather than the United States, has the greatest influence on the course of the war in Ukraine.
This information reported according to Igor Lutsenko, a former Ukrainian MP and Armed Forces serviceman.
In a Facebook post, Lutsenko claimed that “80% of current battlefield losses” in certain brigades are due to drone strikes, with no involvement from the U.S. in their production.
“The Americans don’t supply a single screw for the FPV kamikaze drone segment. The warheads for these drones are assembled in homes near the front lines. There’s also no evidence of widespread deployment of any American electronic warfare systems (EW),” he wrote.
Lutsenko argues that both Ukraine and Russia are far more dependent on China for weapons and military technology.
“Drones—both domestic and enemy—are built using Chinese components. The level of localization in mass-produced UAVs, electronic warfare (EW), and radio-electronic reconnaissance (RER) systems is such that China could tip the front lines in either direction if it truly restricted supply to one side or the other. Fortunately, that’s not so easy. Officially, China does not directly supply certain products to Ukraine, but they still arrive. The same applies to Russia, where shadow supply chains remain active,” Lutsenko explained.
He concluded that China is the number one country influencing the war in Ukraine and the world.
“This is a reality that many have yet to grasp—including, perhaps, the Chinese themselves,” Lutsenko wrote.
