Compulsory mobilization: evaders will face rights limitations

The controversial Member of Parliament, Mariana Bezuhla, continues to reveal details of a new bill regarding total mobilization. It will involve repressions against those who refuse to fight.

“In the draft law concerning recruitment, mobilization and military service, there are two ways to enter the army: recruitment, which is strictly voluntary or mobilization, which is mandatory. The concept is that if you volunteer, the state serves you. If not, force can be applied. If you’re an evader, your rights will be restricted.”

In other words, to compel people to go to war, they want to give them a choice. A favorable approach would be if a person voluntarily joins the army. But if a person is unlucky enough to be caught by military officers, their rights will be diminished. And if a person decides to evade mobilization, punishment will be applied against them. The exact punishment is unknown, but previously, such individuals were either sent to prison or dispatched to the most dangerous areas where they are likely to perish.
