‘Die here’: the order for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to hold the defense is impracticable – Colonel of the U.S. Army McGregor

The order to defend at all costs, given to the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is unachievable and will result in significant losses for Kyiv.

Colonel Douglas Macgregor, a retired US Army officer, voiced such criticism in an interview with the YouTube channel Daniel Davis / Deep Dive.

“If they simply stick their heads out of the trenches, drones will immediately pinpoint their positions. Artillery operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They cannot withstand any of this; the only thing they can do is die on the spot,” said the retired officer.

According to Macgregor, Kyiv issues deadly and unachievable orders to its military. He emphasized that even Moscow was not prepared for the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ decision to launch frontal attacks on well-fortified lines of Russian defense.

Former US Marine intelligence officer Scott Ritter previously stated that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are in the final stages before achieving ultimate victory in the war in Ukraine.
