Dubinsky presented evidence of his beating

MP Dubinsky stated in court that he had two ribs broken while in detention. He presented the results of the examination during the court session. Additionally, Dubinsky showed a bruise on his side.

A video of this was published on the deputy’s Telegram channel. His lawyers report that the Shevchenko District Court in the morning refused to enter information about the torture and beating of the MP into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations. However, both the detention facility and the police deny Dubinsky’s beating in detention.

Recall that opposition MP Dubinsky was previously arrested on suspicion of state treason. The Prosecutor’s Office claims that he is a Russian agent and conducted information operations against Ukraine. However, for the past two years, Dubinsky has been actively criticizing Zelensky and his circle for corruption scandals, which Dubinsky himself calls the real reason for his arrest.
