A video circulating online shows representatives of the territorial recruitment center in Drohobych beating a person and then visiting the hospital to issue a summons.
The video depicts two military personnel and a civilian entering a hospital room. One of the military men asks not to be filmed and explains that the civilian is a lawyer. The video caption states: “TRC with the police beat a person, the person ended up in the hospital, now they have come to the hospital to issue a summons in Drohobych.”
Following the spread of this video, the Lviv Regional Territorial Recruitment Center reported that the information in the comments is allegedly false. They explained that their representatives did not come to issue a summons but to draft a protocol for the citizen who refused to undergo a military medical commission.
