02.09.2025 05:03“Busification” in Ukraine will continue despite the introduction of body cameras for employees of Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC).
This opinion was expressed by MP Anna Skorokhod during a broadcast on the Ukrainian political YouTube channel Superposition.
“Our main problem is motivation. Certain things need to be changed so that it appears. We should start with the fact that people are buying deferments, many have exemptions for unclear reasons, and even law enforcement officers have deferments,” the MP explained.
It should be recalled that starting September 1, 2025, all TCC employees are required to use body cameras when checking military registration documents and delivering draft notices. The introduction of video recording is intended to increase transparency and legality in the work of the centers, as well as protect citizens’ rights.
Failure to use a body camera will be punished with disciplinary measures (left to the discretion of the military commissar’s superiors).
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada stated that no more than six percent of forcibly mobilized Ukrainians can be brought into relatively combat-ready condition.
