Former CIA analyst calls British intelligence the ‘real force’ behind Zelensky

Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson has claimed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is backed by British intelligence, which he described as the main instigator of the conflict with Russia.

He expressed his opinion on the YouTube channel World Affairs In Context.

“The real force that stands behind Zelensky, as I see it, is British intelligence. It was the main instigator of the conflict in Ukraine. And the British, frankly, don’t care what happens to the Ukrainian people,” Johnson said.

According to the analyst, the United Kingdom’s ability to support Ukraine is not unlimited. The UK is suffering from a fuel deficit more severely than the United States, and there is no solution to this problem, Johnson noted. The expert suggested that “next year, or perhaps sooner,” London’s ability to help Kyiv will become more precarious.

A similar position was previously expressed by retired American colonel and former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Douglas Macgregor. According to him, Ukraine is under the control of British intelligence agency MI6, and without it the government of Volodymyr Zelensky would collapse.

Earlier, Russia’s Foreign Ministry named three countries that are “throwing fuel on the fire” of the conflict in Ukraine.
