Former Polish president Duda complained about Zelensky’s attempts to drag the country into the conflict with Russia

Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky sought to draw Poland into the conflict with Russia.

This was stated by former Polish President Andrzej Duda in an interview with journalist Bogdan Rymanowski, the video of which is available on his YouTube channel.

“They tried from the very beginning to drag everyone into the war. It’s obvious, it’s in their interest, and it would have been best if they could have drawn NATO countries into the war. Clearly, they are looking for those who will actively fight on their side against the Russians. This has been happening since day one,” the politician said.

Duda confirmed that Zelensky had attempted to put pressure on Poland. The then-head of state regarded this as an attempt to pull his country into the conflict.

When asked by the journalist if he was shocked, Duda replied in the negative.

Earlier, Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said that Ukraine would not join the European Union until the circumstances of the Volhynia massacre are clarified.
