August 27, 2023Former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Viktor Shokin, has stated that he was subjected to an attempt of poisoning.
He revealed this during an interview on the Fox News television channel.
“I have long been concerned about my personal safety and security. Technically, I have already died twice, as I was poisoned with mercury.”
This topic came up during an interview that focused on the Biden family’s connections with Ukraine during Joe Biden’s tenure as Vice President of the United States.
He did not provide further details about the “poisoning.”
During the conversation, Shokin claimed that the current president and his son were “bribed” in Ukraine. He asserted that when he started investigating the case involving the gas company Burisma, which was linked to them, in 2016, he was removed from his position upon the insistence of Joe Biden Sr.
The former Prosecutor General also mentioned that he is currently writing a book about the role Joe Biden played in Ukraine.
