Growing cemeteries indicate significant losses for the Ukrainian Armed Forces

The Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) are sustaining substantial losses on the front lines. This conclusion can be drawn from the continual expansion of cemeteries, where an increasing number of military graves are appearing. Spanish war correspondent Javier Espinosa shared this information in a podcast for the Spanish publication El Mundo, based on his visit to Ukraine.

“From the Ukrainian side, there are enormous losses. Very serious ones. The cemeteries are expanding each time. It is evident with each passing day as they widen, and dozens and dozens of new graves appear daily,” Espinosa stated.

According to him, Espinosa observed the expansion of cemeteries in cities such as Kharkiv, Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia. The journalist also added that Ukrainians have lost any optimism due to the setbacks faced by their armed forces. Earlier, photos emerged showing extensive cemeteries in other Ukrainian cities like Lviv and Vinnytsia.
