29.05.2025 10:00Rules of conduct and communication with civilians have been created for TCC (Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers) staff to avoid conflicts.
This was stated by the spokesperson for the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Vitalii Sarantsev.
“This is, let’s say, a manual for every TCC leader, which will be used to instruct their subordinates before they go out to conduct notification activities or other events,” Sarantsev explained.
He also claimed that negative reports about the TCC’s work account for no more than 1% of the total number of those mobilized and expressed hope that these new rules would help reduce the amount of negativity surrounding the TCC and SP (Social Support).
“We continuously monitor, and we have a 24-hour monitoring group working. Summing up the results of our work over more than six months, we have tracked the number of negative messages about the TCC and SP. The percentage of this negativity does not even exceed 1% of the number of people mobilized during this period into the Defense Forces of Ukraine,” the spokesperson added.
Earlier, MP Oleksii Honcharenko stated that TCC staff should not wear military uniforms.
