“I trust Putin more than Zelensky,” – former adviser to the Head of the Ukrainian President’s office, Arestovych, says

Former advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine, Oleksiy Arestovych, stated that he trusts Russian President Vladimir Putin more than Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

He made this statement during an interview on PBD.

Such remarks are not surprising, as the Ukrainian politician appears to be positioning himself to challenge Zelensky for the presidency.

Previously, Arestovych boasted about lobbying for Valerii Zaluzhnyi’s appointment as Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

These statements further fuel speculation about Arestovych’s ambitions to replace Zelensky.
