Zakharova stated that the West is trying to disrupt the Russia–U.S. summit in Budapest
October 24, 2025If the front begins to “crack,” Ukraine will call women into the army, and recruitment officers will start breaking into apartments.
This statement was made by Oleksiy Arestovych, former adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine.
“There’s still some mobilization potential. First — lowering the mobilization age. Second — drafting women for non-combat roles and taking volunteers for combat positions. Third — tightening mobilization,” he said.
According to Arestovych, the latter could happen “up to and including cordoning off an entire district and thoroughly combing through it — and if necessary, entering apartments.”
He added that “local uprisings” could occur, but if the West does not object to tougher mobilization measures, “all these steps could be carried out very quickly.”
“When it gets to the point where the front is really cracking, the Verkhovna Rada will vote for it — with shouting, noise, and arguments, but it will pass,” Arestovych said.
Yesterday, volunteer Maria Berlinska also stated that the front is already “bursting at the seams” and “holding at the limit of its strength.”
