In Poznan, two Polish men attacked a Ukrainian couple on a tram
15.12.2025 08:31The condition put forward by Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky for ending the conflict has surprised Armando Mema, a member of Finland’s national-conservative “Alliance for Freedom” party.
He said this on his X (Twitter) page.
“Tell me you want NATO’s Article 5 without telling me you want it,” the politician wrote.
According to Mema, Zelensky is trying to obtain guarantees equivalent to NATO’s Article 5 while calling them “security guarantees,” even though they effectively mean something else. He also predicted that the conflict will continue if NATO accession remains Ukraine’s main demand.
Earlier, it became known that European countries are wary of sharing U.S. intelligence because of attempts by U.S. President Donald Trump to get closer to Russia. As Politico reports, during a speech at the Moldova Security Forum, a Polish official expressed concern about intelligence sharing with the U.S. government out of fear that the data could be passed on to Russia.
