In Kryvyi Rih, a man attacked military recruitment center staff with a knife and injured two

In Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, an attack was carried out on representatives of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TRC and SSC) during an alert notification campaign.

This was reported by the Dnipropetrovsk regional TRC and SSC on Facebook.

According to the statement, the incident occurred this morning during a document check by TRC staff. A man attacked the servicemen with a bladed weapon, injuring two of them.

The victims were taken to the hospital, with one reported to be in serious condition.

The attacker fled, but his identity has already been established. A criminal case has been opened under Part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – “Intentional grievous bodily harm.” The article carries a penalty of 5 to 8 years in prison.

Earlier, media outlets reported that in Ternopil, a local resident ran over TRC staff with a car, injuring two servicemen. That incident also occurred during a document check.
