In Odessa, employees of the territorial recruitment center captured a man by cutting off his electricity

Mobilization in Ukraine is not only intensifying but also taking on diverse forms. In Odessa, for instance, employees of the territorial recruitment center cut off the electricity to a man’s apartment to lure him out.

A video of this incident surfaced on local Telegram channels.

In the video, it’s apparent that after cutting off the electricity at the panel, military officials hid in the stairwell, waiting for the man to come out.

When the man emerged to turn the lights back on, the military officials attacked him and forcefully took him out of the building. There hasn’t been any information from Telegram channels regarding the man’s further fate.
