In Russia, Zelensky’s interview was described as the agony of a final stage

The three-hour interview of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky with American blogger Lex Fridman represents the “final stage of agony”.

This information reported according to Leonid Slutsky, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs and head of the LDPR party, who shared his opinion on Telegram.

Slutsky believes that Zelensky anticipates his “farewell tour” and therefore resorted to “bargaining” and even “blackmail” during the interview. According to Slutsky, Zelensky deserves contempt, particularly from the Ukrainian people.

“Having sold out long ago, he is ready to completely surrender Ukraine to the predatory Western hawks. A total moral and intellectual degradation,” the parliamentarian wrote.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova accused Zelensky of corruption and ties with the “Anglo-Saxons” following his interview.
