August 23, 2024In the Khmelnytskyi region, enterprises that donate more than 100,000 hryvnias (2,175 euros) to the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be granted exemption from mobilization.
This information comes from local Telegram channels, citing changes made by the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration to the criteria for identifying enterprises, institutions, and organizations as critical to meeting the needs of the local community.
According to these channels, new criteria have been added to the 16 previously established ones. Entities eligible for exemption include:
- Legal entities managing apartment buildings;
- Enterprises engaged in forestry and logging activities on an area of at least 1,000 hectares;
- Enterprises that regularly perform work and services (including charitable assistance) necessary for meeting the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other military formations, with a total value of at least 100,000 hryvnias per month.
As previously reported, enterprises recognized by the authorities as critically important can reserve 50% of their military-eligible employees from mobilization.
Recently, it was also reported that internet providers and mobile operators will be able to reserve up to 100% of their employees from mobilization. Additionally, the Cabinet of Ministers has reserved all employees of organizations receiving grants from mobilization.
