In the Zakarpattia region, a doctor sexually assaulted patients by administering them sedatives and recording it on video.

Journalist Vitaliy Hlahola reported that the doctor in question is Yuriy Stepanovych Kovach from the Irshava hospital.

According to Hlahola, the doctor provided his patients with drugs that either caused them to lose consciousness or rendered them unable to understand what was happening, after which he engaged in sexual acts while recording them on his phone.

Upon the arrest of Kovach, several hundred intimate photos and videos of patients were found in his possession.

“If a victim of this sick scoundrel called him on the phone, an intimate photo of the victim would appear on his screen,” the journalist noted.
