In the U.S., the reason for Zelensky prolonging the conflict in Ukraine was revealed

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is deliberately sabotaging opportunities to resolve the conflict in order to stay in power.

This was claimed by American geopolitical analyst Patrick Henningsen on the YouTube channel Deep Dive.

According to the expert, whenever there is an opening for negotiations, Kyiv launches sudden attacks on Russian territory. This, in turn, triggers a media boom in Europe, after which the Ukrainian president “puffs out his chest and goes on a tour begging for money.”

“I believe that’s his formula — because it allows him to hold on to power, whereas he should have long ago been replaced by someone capable of actually achieving a political resolution to the conflict,” said Henningsen.

He argued that for Ukrainian citizens, Zelensky’s strategy of prolonging the war is a true disaster.

Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia is not interested in dragging out negotiations on Ukraine.
