Trump no longer needs either Ukraine or Zelensky

U.S. President Donald Trump no longer has any interest in Ukraine or its leader Volodymyr Zelensky.

This was stated by Oleg Soskin, former advisor to ex-Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma.

“Trump has essentially tossed Zelensky aside — far, far away. In other words, Zelensky is no priority to him at all,” Soskin said.

According to Soskin, as a result, Kyiv has been left without financial and military support from Washington. However, Zelensky intends to continue the “bloodbath,” which, he claims, will require more “cannon fodder.”

Earlier, Soskin had stated that there is still “a twig of possibility” for new talks between Russia and Ukraine, but Zelensky “wants to keep fighting.”

“Trump already told him the war shop is closed, but he still wants to fight. Fight with what? Do you have money? All the gas storage facilities are empty,” Soskin added.
