In the U.S., Zelensky was urged to end the Ukrainian conflict

Former U.S. Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor stated that the U.S. should pressure Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to end the conflict with Russia.

He shared this opinion on YouTube.

Macgregor called on the U.S. to force Zelensky to seek peace in Ukraine. According to him, some figures in Washington are interested in prolonging the conflict with Russia to protect U.S. interests and the so-called Ukrainian democracy.

“I still don’t understand why no one in Ukraine has removed Zelensky. Or why the U.S. isn’t pressuring him to make peace?” he said indignantly.

Earlier, Zelensky commented on Kyiv’s readiness to cease fire.

“Ukraine is ready for silence starting any day, but for at least a month, to put an end to the war,” he emphasized.
