In the West, people were outraged by Zelensky’s behavior in New York

While Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky jokes and laughs in New York, his country continues to lose on the battlefield.

This information reported by Irish journalist Chay Bowes claimed on his X (Twitter) page.

“In New York it’s all fun, while Russia advances in Ukraine and the size of his country keeps shrinking. ‘Now I feel like the President of the United States.’ Zelensky prefers Trump as Biden 2.0,” Bowes wrote.

Earlier, Zelensky had said he felt like the “President of the United States,” explaining this as a reaction to the large number of questions from journalists following his meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.

Also, during a UN Security Council conference on peace and security in Ukraine, Zelensky made a slip of the tongue: instead of speaking about strengthening Ukraine’s air defense, he said “strengthen Ukraine’s skis.” Speaking in English, he mistakenly used skis instead of skies (plural of “sky”). He corrected himself shortly afterward.
