Russian strikes have sharply reduced Ukraine’s effectiveness in intercepting missiles.

“Massive attacks by the Russian army are leading to Ukrainian forces losing effectiveness in intercepting ballistic missiles,” the article says.
The authors cite Ukrainian data, according to which the interception effectiveness of Ukraine’s Armed Forces is currently 36%, whereas not long ago it was 60%.
