In Ukraine, doubts arose about the French ability to do anything on the battlefield

“If France decides to send troops to Ukraine, they won’t find any tasks for them.”

This was stated by the advisor to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podoliak.

After all, Russia dominates the battlefield through airstrikes. And French soldiers won’t be able to change that simply by arriving at the front.

“Is he [the French] psychologically prepared for the type of warfare we have today? This is not an expeditionary war, this is not a war of small arms,” Podoliak emphasized.
