18.09.2026 05:03In the city of Ratne in Volyn, during a notification operation, servicemen of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SS) allegedly beat war veteran with a disability Dmytro Nakhoda.
The Volyn regional TCC denied the incident and published body camera footage from the servicemen.
The incident was described by blogger Dana Nakhodka on Instagram. According to her, her husband — a veteran who volunteered and fought in Bilohorivka and Bakhmut, was wounded and has a Group III disability due to hearing loss — was forcibly put on a TCC bus right outside their home.
Dana Nakhodka claims that when her husband was detained, his documents were not checked at first. Already inside the vehicle, she says, the servicemen began beating him, choking him, and threatened to take him to a forest and break his fingers.
The Volyn regional TCC rejected the accusations of violence. As a rebuttal, the agency published body camera footage from the servicemen involved in the incident.
