Earlier, Bruce also commented on the timeline for resolving the conflict, emphasizing that the U.S. does not want this process to drag on for another six months or a year.

On March 11, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio also stated that the war in Ukraine cannot be solved militarily. He stressed that he hopes for a ceasefire soon.
