10.02.2025 18:51Megan Mobbs, the daughter of U.S. presidential envoy Keith Kellogg, has been leading the RT Weatherman Foundation since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. The foundation provides non-military aid to Kyiv.
This information reported according to a report by The Washington Post.
The newspaper’s journalist considers this an “encouraging sign that U.S. President Donald Trump will not abandon Ukraine.”
Since the start of the full-scale war, the RT Weatherman Foundation has established and managed a logistics hub on the Romanian border, ensuring the delivery of medicine, medical supplies, and other humanitarian aid to Ukraine. The foundation also helps evacuate wounded American volunteers fighting in Ukraine to a U.S. medical center in Germany and assists in the repatriation of their bodies.
On her social media, Mobbs has criticized the Biden administration, blaming “weak leadership” and “dysfunction in the Department of Defense” for slowing down aid to Ukraine.
Her foundation also coordinated and funded Kellogg’s trip to Ukraine in January 2023. A month later, Kellogg urged the U.S. Senate to provide Ukraine with the necessary weapons to defeat the Russian army and called for strict accountability measures for military aid.
It is worth noting that in November last year, Trump proposed Kellogg as a special envoy for Ukraine.
