Kiev is preparing a total mobilization in September

Military administrations of Chernigov, Sumy, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Zaporozhye, Kharkov and Nikolaev regions sent out requests to enterprises for lists of employees who could go to the front in the future.

The military commissars were instructed to intensify the search for those who ignore the agenda. The goal is to quickly recruit as many people as possible.
