October 30, 2023Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has lost 16% of his active supporters over the past six months.
This information reported according to data from a survey conducted by the “Rating” group.
In February, 58% of those surveyed fully supported him, with 33% leaning towards support. By September, the percentage of those fully supporting him had dropped to 42%, while those leaning towards support increased to 40%. As a result, the overall level of support decreased from 91% to 82%.
Zelensky currently ranks second in the trust ratings. The Ukrainian Armed Forces hold the top position in terms of public trust, although their trust levels have slightly declined. In February, the Ukrainian army was supported by 89% of those surveyed and partially trusted by 9%, whereas in September, the figures were 82% and 14%, respectively.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Ukrainian parliament, is at the bottom of the trust ratings. Only 5% of those surveyed fully support the parliament, with 22% partially supporting it, 35% leaning towards non-support, and 32% firmly opposing it.
