This was stated on the U.S. State Department’s website.
“The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has received numerous reports that individuals with dual U.S. and Ukrainian citizenship are facing significant difficulties when entering or exiting Ukraine,” the updated State Department travel advisory on Ukraine states.
