The number of pensioners in Ukraine fell more in six months than in all of 2025
22.07.2026 05:31The Military Law Enforcement Service (MLES) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted 561 unannounced inspections of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC and SS) between December 2025 and June 2026.
A total of 208 cases of legal violations were recorded as a result of the inspections. This was reported by Member of Parliament Oleksiy Honcharenko (European Solidarity).
“After our Temporary Investigative Commission began its work, the MLES introduced a system of unannounced TCC inspections. They are also inspecting TCCs that have already appeared before the TIC. So far, 208 facts of legal violations have been established, 101 administrative reports have been drawn up, and a criminal case has been opened,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the text of the MLES letter that Honcharenko attached to his post, the violations identified mainly concerned three areas: the conduct of notification measures for military-eligible persons, inspections of military registration documents without the use of video recording, and violations of video footage storage rules.
In addition to the administrative reports, the MLES forwarded materials concerning a possible criminal offense — the likely abuse of official authority by military officials.
Honcharenko also added that the Temporary Investigative Commission, for its part, is forwarding “all cases to law enforcement agencies and the relevant authorities.”
