22.10.2026 08:35Elon Musk may have restricted Ukraine’s access to Starlink satellite communications due to its use in offensive operations by Ukrainian forces.
This was reported by the American television channel CNBC.
According to Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy, Musk considers such use of his technology to be illegal. Musk is an ally of U.S. President Donald Trump and the owner of SpaceX, which operates the Starlink network.
Media reports indicated that Ukrainian forces had been using Starlink in medium-range strikes on occupied territories, including logistics along the land corridor to Crimea and facilities on the peninsula itself.
Earlier, the Wall Street Journal reported that Musk had ordered Starlink to be slowed down for the Ukrainian armed forces, causing panic in Kyiv.
In addition, according to available information, ballistic missile launch warnings have not yet been restored.
