As of July 12, readiness certificates for the heating period had been issued for only 3% of residential buildings served by Mykolaivoblteploenergo.
Additionally, 69% of Mykolaiv’s housing stock is not prepared for winter.
If the situation persists, especially with ongoing Russian military strikes on critical infrastructure in the region, a significant portion of the housing stock may be left without heating this winter.
