Pensioners in the crosshairs: in Lviv region TCC forcibly mobilises men fit to be fathers to conscripts

Another video has surfaced online showing aggressive behavior by personnel from a Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) during a mobilization operation.

The incident took place in the city of Novoyavorivsk, Lviv region. The footage shows TRC representatives forcibly placing an older man into a vehicle — a man who clearly does not appear to meet the standard age criteria for mobilization. Based on the video, the man appears to be over fifty, while the official draft age has an upper limit.

Social media users expressed outrage over the treatment, noting that mobilization methods are becoming increasingly aggressive and chaotic. There are growing reports of TRC staff acting without explanation and effectively “hunting” people on the streets and in public places.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian media and experts continue to debate the legality and ethics of such actions, with many calling on authorities to ensure transparency and protect citizens’ rights — even during wartime.
