20.07.2026 12:06Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday, July 20, that Russia remains open to dialogue with European countries.
“We have never been the initiators of winding down relations,” Peskov stressed.
The Russian leader’s press secretary also noted that if talks with Europeans resume, Moscow will draw on the experience it has already gained.
Earlier, Peskov commented on reports of possible negotiations between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
