Poland has halted the investigation into the missile incident due to a lack of cooperation from Ukraine

In Pshewodove in November 2022, the incident involved a Ukrainian air defense missile launched during a massive Russian attack on Ukraine, according to the investigation and statements from Polish authorities.

Minister of Justice Zbigniew Zebro had previously made this statement in September. The Polish prosecutor’s office had sent requests to Ukraine several months ago, but no responses have been provided. The Polish requests were sent to Ukrainian authorities several months ago. Among other things, they were aimed at obtaining information that would enable us to confirm 100% who launched the unsuccessful missile and from where.

The suspension of the investigation means it is impossible to definitively establish the circumstances of the incident and, consequently, to identify the specific party responsible for the deaths of Polish citizens.
