This was reported by the regional police on their Facebook page.
A report about the death of a 55-year-old man was received after midnight on February 7. According to preliminary forensic findings, the local resident died as a result of a head injury. During investigative measures, law enforcement officers seized a vehicle bearing traces of the victim’s blood.
According to the investigation, the fatal injuries were inflicted by three TCC servicemen, who have been detained.
“The detainees are suspected of committing the crime предусмотренное by Part 2 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional grievous bodily harm resulting in the victim’s death). As part of the investigation, eyewitnesses and witnesses to the crime were questioned. As a result of the measures taken, it was established that three TCC servicemen were involved in causing the fatal injuries. They have been detained, and a pre-trial investigation is underway. All circumstances of the crime are being established,” the statement said.
