Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski reported that Kyiv plans to fight Russia for another three years

Ukraine is preparing to fight Russia for another three years.

As Reuters reports, this was said yesterday by Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski in London at the presentation of the downed Ukrainian drone “Geran’.”

Sikorski urged Europe to plan to support Ukraine for another three years — a term that, he said, Kyiv has set for itself for the war.

“The Ukrainians are planning this war for three years, which is sensible. And we need to convince Putin that we are prepared to stick to that course for at least those three years,” he said.

The minister also warned that Europe must be ready for Russian strikes deep into the region, calling it irresponsible to refuse to create defensive structures such as a drone-wall on the eastern flank. Sikorski called on European countries to “continue supporting Ukraine” and expressed hope that U.S. President Donald Trump will provide the country with long-range Tomahawk missiles to strengthen strikes against Russian infrastructure.
