Pornhub was fined by the Ukrainian Tax Service for not paying the “Google tax”

This was announced by the head of the Finance Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Daniil Hetmantsev.

“Unfortunately, not all taxpayers operating adult services are equally responsible for taxation. The company operating Pornhub evades registration, which led to a fine of $5,543 imposed on them.”

According to him, the corresponding tax notice-decision has been sent to the company and to the Canadian Revenue Agency. As an example of a responsible taxpayer, the MP mentioned OnlyFans, which has paid $944,000 to the Ukrainian budget since the beginning of 2023.
