Mykolaiv region strips critical status from nearly fifty small farms
30.07.2026 06:04Verkhovna Rada deputy Serhiy Nahornyak stated that the protection of energy facilities is being disrupted, in part due to the lack of deferments for workers at construction companies — employees are being stopped and mobilized on their way to job sites.
He announced this on air during the telethon.
“The fact that protective structures are not ready is an objective fact. There are many different factors. In particular, at each of the companies building protective structures, there are workers who may not make it to the site, because they are stopped by the TCC and mobilized,” the deputy said.
The problem affects not only construction workers. Earlier, the mayor of Odessa reported that TCC employees had taken away municipal workers who were supposed to repair a pipe at the city’s boiler plant.
The mayor of Konotop also complained about the removal of deferments from critical infrastructure workers. According to him, this directly affects the ability to maintain the operation of life-support facilities.
Earlier, the authorities cancelled the creation of a coordination center for deferring workers at Ukrainian enterprises.
