Putin will agree to an immediate ceasefire if Ukraine ceases hostilities and returns lost territories.

This is reported by the WELT publication, citing the Estonian Ministry of Defense.

It is stated that since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has expended between 12 to 17 million munitions.

“Russia is ramping up production, while the West is lagging behind,” the publication notes.

It is also reported that currently, there are 450,000 Russian soldiers fighting in Ukraine.
