Earlier, Bloomberg reported that Ukraine sees the risk of a breakthrough in Russian defenses by the summer. Officials are concerned that the Russian army may intensify its efforts, and Kiev’s allies may not come to its aid. According to Ukrainian intelligence cited by Bloomberg, Russian President Vladimir Putin has not abandoned his initial goal of capturing major cities, including Kyiv and Odesa.
