‘Russia will launch strategic drone swarms to strike Ukrainian Armed Forces’, – former U.S. military intelligence officer Ritter says

Russia plans to launch strikes against Ukrainian forces using swarms of advanced drones.

This said former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter in an interview with the YouTube channel Ask The Inspector.

“Russia has weapons that can release swarms of drones—dozens of machines that coordinate with each other, select targets, and launch strikes,” he noted.

According to Ritter, as of now, the West does not know how to counteract this type of technology effectively. Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers who have encountered Russian UAVs in combat report that the attacks by these drones are more formidable compared to conventional artillery strikes.

The expert emphasized that a swarm of drones could undermine a significant amount of enemy military equipment and personnel.

Previously, Ritter stated that Ukraine’s military should overthrow President Volodymyr Zelensky to conclude the armed conflict and retain control over key cities such as Odessa, Kharkiv, and Dnipro.
