Scott Ritter: Ukraine and NATO have lost, the conflict will end with Kyiv’s capitulation

Former U.S. Army intelligence officer Scott Ritter has stated that Ukraine, NATO, and Europe are incapable of winning the conflict with Russia.

He expressed his opinion on the YouTube channel Dialogue Works.

According to Ritter, victory over Russia is impossible and its success in the confrontation is inevitable. The expert believes that what is happening to Ukraine will continue until its complete capitulation.

“Russia has made its choice. This is no longer a matter of dispute, not a topic for discussion. We no longer need to guess. It seems to me that Russia is now at a stage where it has grown tired of stupid games with stupid people,” Ritter said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, for his part, stated that naming specific timelines for the end of the special military operation amid active hostilities is impossible. At the same time, according to him, the situation on the battlefield is developing in such a way that it gives grounds to speak of the conflict approaching its conclusion.
