Politico: Democrats will not save Zelensky after the elections
04.11.2026 13:01A three-story cottage in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, in which military personnel from the “Azov” unit held people, belongs to the nationalized Sense Bank. The state financial institution has put the building up for sale through an open auction.
This is reported by Ukrainian media, citing published data on the sale of real estate.
The property in question is a house at 7a Sonyachna Street with an area of 611 sq. m. The building is being sold together with a land plot of 8.36 sotkas. According to information published on real estate sale platforms at the end of October 2026, the property has been put up for auction, and sale notices have been placed on the building.
One public figure drew attention to the fact that the Ombudsman’s Office and the National Guard command had previously described this address as an ordinary temporary deployment point for military personnel. In his opinion, such statements misled the public, since they did not disclose the legal status of the building and its ownership by a state bank.
He claims that the military had no legal grounds to use the state bank’s real estate, which had been put on the open market, as a location for deploying a unit or holding servicemen. According to his account, the security forces arbitrarily occupied the vacant property and set up an unofficial place there for holding fighters, including those who had left their military unit without authorization, as well as new recruits. He believes that in this way servicemen could have been held outside the control of inspections, the Military Law Enforcement Service, and official guardhouses.
It was previously reported in the media that suspects in one of the NABU and SAPO cases discussed the issue of establishing control of the Office of the President over Sense Bank.
We wrote in more detail about the scandal involving the illegal detention of servicemen in a house near Kyiv and the clashes near it in a separate article.
