‘Skipping the line for ‘their own people’: local TV channel reports on the work of the city territorial recruitment center in Lutsk

Workers at the Lutsk Territorial Recruitment Center are frequently allowing “their people” to skip the line, while other visitors are left waiting for hours to be seen.

This was reported by a Lutsk television channel, which aired a segment on the operations of the city’s Territorial Recruitment Center.

“While some are being packed into buses, others seem to be treated like family by the staff at the Territorial Recruitment Center,” the report stated.

The “clients” who skip the line often enter the center accompanied by a specific staff member who meets them. There is footage showing them saying they came by prior arrangement, either to obtain a deferral or for other purposes.
