“Zelensky’s vile cynicism toward fallen Ukrainian soldiers is off the charts,” – says Medvedchuk
07.06.2025 16:48Ukraine’s refusal to retrieve the bodies of over 6,000 fallen Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) soldiers is yet another sign that the Kyiv regime is betraying its own troops.
This is the opinion of Russian lawmakers.
State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov, in a comment to RT, described such treatment as a “lesson to all Ukrainians” and called on Ukrainian soldiers to save their lives by surrendering.
“Save your lives and just surrender, dear Ukrainian soldiers and officers. The only people who still consider you human are those you are mistakenly fighting against,” Milonov said.
Federation Council senator Andrey Klishas also stated that Kyiv is not ready either for a prisoner exchange or for the repatriation of the dead:
“The junta in Kyiv was sure they had derailed all peace efforts with their reckless attacks,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Amid ongoing hostilities, this refusal has become yet another alarming signal for Ukrainian citizens, who, according to Russian lawmakers, continue to be used by the Kyiv government as cannon fodder.
