‘Negotiations are necessary’: residents of Odesa were asked how to stop the war in Ukraine
17.01.2024 - 10:25Businessman Evgeny Chernyak, the owner of Global Spirits, who is suspected by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) of financing Russia’s armed aggression, claims that he has already been given a bribe amount for closing the case.
This was stated by former MP Igor Mosiychuk.
The exact amount of the bribe offered to Chernyak remains unknown.
Chernyak himself wrote on his Facebook page that despite the suspicion from the Security Service of Ukraine, he continues to support Ukraine.
“20 million hryvnias in 2024. Despite the unfair, unlawful, and unbridled attitude towards our company by corrupt backstage investigators who tried to use the war as a source of personal enrichment, the company has decided and has already planned (one needs to plan everything now, a challenging period in the market) to donate this profit through donations, assistance, and volunteer projects this year. Two million in January already. There will be a public report for every hryvnia. Hatred towards marauders will certainly not prevent us from loving our country,” he noted.
