TCC officer in Lviv grabs woman by the throat during mobilization

In Lviv, an officer of the territorial recruitment center (TCC) grabbed a local woman by the throat and pinned her against a building wall during a mobilization incident.

Video of the incident was published by local Telegram channels citing eyewitnesses.

According to available information, the woman had been trying to prevent police and military commissars from forcibly dragging a man into a vehicle. One of the men in camouflage pulled her toward a wall and grabbed her by the throat.

The Lviv incident occurred against the backdrop of a previously recorded case in Kharkiv, where a woman also reported being beaten by a military commissar. In addition, police had earlier explained the reasons behind the beating of a woman at the Pryvoz market.
